Class Rules:
1.
Students must not miss more than 3 classes without an excused absence. Students
that miss more than 3 classes without excused absences will not be admitted to
back to class until they meet with the instructor (s)
2.
Students must maintain at 70% or better on all written and practical exams.
Students that drop below 70% will not be admitted back to class until after
they have completed the remediation assignments that the instructor(s) will
give them.
3.
Students must attend all practical exams. There will be no retakes. Exams will
only be held on the days scheduled. Failure to complete a practical exam will
result in failure of the class.
4.
Students must have a valid CPR certificate by November 25th.
Students that have not produced a valid certificate by that date will not be
admitted back to class.
5.
Students must complete all the chapter exams and workbook assignments for each
chapter and email the online chapter exams with a 100% grade prior to taking the written/practical
modular exams. Students that have not completed the exams and workbook will not
be allowed to take the modular exams and will fail the course. The quizzes can

6.
Students must have completed 10 hours of Emergency room clinical time prior to
final practical exam. The instructor(s) will let the students know when this
can be started.
